Shipping

We offer two types of pins, and each one is delivered differently. On every pin and in your cart, you can see which type it is and its estimated arrival date.

In-store pins

These are pieces we already have in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas.
You pick them up at VIRTU4L, Blvd. Belisario Domínguez 1134, inside Depredadores Gotcha, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 to 19:00.
We will let you know on WhatsApp when your order is ready. Bring your order number (it starts with TC-).
We can also deliver them to your door within Tuxtla Gutiérrez for $90 (local delivery). Outside Tuxtla, for now they can only be picked up.

Made-to-order pins

We order them for you once your payment is confirmed (within 24 hours).
They are prepared in 1 to 3 days and shipped in 8 to 22 days, so in total they arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Your order shows the exact estimated date.
They arrive at your door anywhere in Mexico. If you live in San Cristóbal, you can pick them up at Diann Bazar, Calle Hermanos Domínguez 20A (just before the steps up to El Cerrito), Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00. You can also pick them up at VIRTU4L, Tuxtla.
When your package ships, we will send you the tracking number so you can follow it.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated in your cart with your ZIP code, before you pay. For made-to-order pins, shipping is free above a certain amount: the cart shows how much more you need to add. The price you see at checkout already includes everything.

Customs

You do not pay customs duties. Orders that could be subject to them are not sold online: we ask you to write to us so we can set them up with you.

Tracking

You can check the status of your order under My orders with your email, or under Tracking with your order number and your email.

If your package doesn't arrive

If the estimated date passes and your package still hasn't arrived, write to us with your order number and we will sort it out: we will replace it without you having to prove anything. Note: the replacement ships again, so it will take another 2 to 4 weeks. We will email you the new date, and you can check it under Tracking or ask us on WhatsApp.
